From Buffalo Airport:

• Follow signs for NY-33W/Kensington Expy W
• Merge onto I-90E
• Merge onto I-290W
• Merge onto I-190N
• Merge onto Robert Moses Parkway N via Exit 21 towards New York State Park/American Falls
• Enter next roundabout and take the 1st exit onto John B Daly Blvd
• Turn left onto Rainbow Blvd/NY-384. Continue to follow Rainbow Blvd S. Pass through 1 roundabout
• Turn left onto NY-104/Main Street. Continue to follow NY-104 (crossing into Ontario Canada)
• NY-104 becomes ON-420/Rainbow Bridge St
• Turn slight right onto Falls Ave
• Take the 1st right onto Hiram St
• Take the 1st right onto River Road, River Road becomes Niagara Parkway
• Turn right onto Murray Street
• Turn left onto Fallsview Blvd.
• The Tower Hotel is located at 6732 Fallsview Blvd on the left hand side

From Toronto Pearson International Airport:

• When existing the airport, follow signs to the 401 West
• Follow the 401 to the 427 South
• Follow the QEW into Niagara Falls and exit at the Niagara Veterans Memorial Highway (formerly HWY 420) Bridge to USA
• Follow the Niagara Falls and exit at the Niagara Veterans Memorial Highway (formerly HWY 420) to Stanley Ave (1st Stoplight) and turn right
• Follow Stanley Ave to Main Street
• Turn left onto Main Street
• Turn right onto Fallsview Blvd.
• The Tower Hotel is located at 6732 Fallsview Blvd on the left hand side
